About Hardy Arig Insurance Management (HAIM)

HAIM is registered in Bahrain and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain. As a coverholder of Hardy syndicate 382 it is also subject to Lloyd’s regulatory regime for delegated underwriting. The company is equally owned by two partners who have built an excellent reputation in their own right:

Hardy Underwriting Bermuda Limited, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange that, through its U.K. subsidiaries, owns and manages syndicate 382 at Lloyd’s. Its underwriting-led approach has enabled Hardy to build a strong reputation as a respected leader across its portfolio. The syndicate has consistently out-performed the Lloyd’s market since 1975 over each of the last four market cycles.

Arig, one of the most recognized and best capitalized regional reinsurers, domiciled in the Kingdom of Bahrain and listed on the stock exchanges of Bahrain Dubai and Kuwait. Since incorporation in 1980, the company has built an unparalleled network of business and personal relationships across the Middle East and North Africa that has in recent years been extended within the Far East and the Sub-Sahara regions. Arig is writing a highly diversified book of Life and Non-Life lines.
