The Company’s Board of Directors combines long-standing and extensive industry experience both, within the London as well as the international (re-) insurance markets. Its Chairman, Mr. John Burton, serves in the capacity of an independent Director. The seniority of the Directors reflect the commitment of the two shareholders, Hardy and Arig, to pursue the highest industry standards and drive the success of the business.
